I obviously don't know the official name of this rubber piece but it just fell off my 2001 Odyseey and I'd like to replace or fix it.

Curiously it has no mention in my 1999-2003 service manual.

Anyhow it sits under the front of the engine behind the front bumper - stretches from wheel to wheel essentially. It clipped in to bumper and fender parts. Somewhere along the way we ran over something that ripped it and over time the clips broke or tore lose.

I'd like to repair the fender parts etc. that it used to be connected to and if I have to buy a new "road shield" but where?

My pardons for the ramble but any experience and suggestions are welcomed.

Thanks,

-Robert

My wife tore hers up on a huge speed bump, it was something like $50 at the dealer, but you need to get 7 small pins, and 6 or 7 large pins as replacements, sometimes you can re-use the pins but they are rather fragile. The pins are expensive, I think around $2 each. I used a screwdriver to pop out the old plastic pins, then line up the shield with the holes to push in the new pins. The biggest problem is space to work, I parked ours on a downhill with the nose out to get enough room to move my arms and aline the holes, the pins are a bugger to use since they push in, there is probably a tool used at the dealer to hold the pins properly to push them into the holes.
