Interesting take from a Motor Trend blog (w/ an illustration of the vehicle)
Japan's Best Car magazine continues to rock our nation with artist conceptions of future models. The latest? Perhaps the next-generation Honda Odyssey.
From the looks of things, however, this illustration is likely of the Japan-market only Odyssey Stream. After the first generation, the Odyssey line diverged for the U.S. and Japanese markets -- we got larger, V-6-powered people movers modeled after the Toyota Sienna and Dodge Caravan, while Japan stuck with the 4-cylinder wagons, with four traditional doors. This new version seems to follow in the same mold, with a 2.4-liter, 200 ps (that's 197 horsepower to you, Yankee), i-VTEC inline-4.
