Warning - Plot Revealed!

We saw this movie last night, and after all the hype and awards thought it was going to be very good, but it wasn't. It's basically about an oil prospector/driller at the turn of the century who is a psychopath who murders two people he didn't like and disowns his handicapped son for daring to move to Mexico and start his own drilling company, oh, and by the way, reveals to him that he wasn't really his son after all.

Lots of people like this movie, but we found it tedious with gratuitous violence.

Sounds pretty typical for oil company people!!!!!
