You will have to remove the front bumper skin and I think the front grill. I would have a moving blanket on the ground to protect the bumper. It's been a few years since I removed mine. Once the front bumper skin is removed, you should see the other mounting bolts holding the headlight in.

Just curious why you need to do this? My reason is because I was and still am planning an HID projector retro on my van. Now that my van has tranny problems, I might not be.

Here's some pics of my '99 Odyssey in the body shop back at the beginning of 2009 when I tagged a VW Jetta making a left turn in front of me. Their insurance covered all of the repairs.
