Your probably better off to go and purchase the hitch from U-haul. They will be considerably cheaper. With regard to the ATF cooler, I'd do auxillary aftermaekt cooler if your handy. I saw your other post asking why the Honda reccomend's a PS cooler. The answer to question has to do with RPM. When you tow, your engine will stay and more frequently drop to a lower gear and your engine RPM's will be much higher. When this happens, the PS pump simply spins faster and creates more heat. So you could potnetially cook your PS pump or boil the PS fluid. Now, with that said, I haven't heard of anyone actually doing this. But if you plan to tow, it certianly wounldn't be a bad idea. PS racks aren't cheap.

Do you know if there is an after-market Engine oil cooler too?

FYI - same hitch fits on 99-04 as 05+. I am certain. When I was looking to upgrade from our '02 to '07, I noticed they were the same part numbers. I just took it off the '02 and put it on the '07 and was done. You will need the tranny cooler and ps cooler if you are hauling anything substantial. I recommend the aftermarket coolers as they are MUCH better than the Honda ones. No cooler is needed if you are only hauling bikes or a 'box'.
