Let me say at the outset I absolutely love my 06 Touring. My wife and I swore we would never own a minivan, but the high gas prices cooled our ambition to be owners of an SUV (preferably Chevy Tahoe LTZ). I'm glad we went with the Honda. Personally, I think it is the coolest looking van on the market, with many attractive features. If I keep the highway speeds under 67 m.p.h. we realize 28 m.p.g. Yeah, you're gonna pay for it, but as the old addage goes, "ya get what ya pay for."

That being said, I have a few suggestions that frankly I'm surprised are not on the van already...

1.) For almost $40k, I feel gyped that there is no power passenger seat. My wife has not let me forget this one. Our previous car (99 Chevy Blazer/Trailblazer) even had this with power lumbar...

2.) Install an auxilary jack for the MP3 players. Get with the times, Honda! I would expect a top-of-the-line Odyssey to have this. Seriously, the kids can plug in and play Xbox, but the driver and other adults can't enjoy their personal music collection?

3.) Install a headlight-on delay feature for when the ignition is turned off. Our Blazer even had this... That feature is truly missed.

That's about it. Not enough to make me switch, but I hope they improve on these things...

on my 05' EX-L without the auto headlight, i can leave the headlight in the "on" positions and after i lock my car it turns off in about 15 seconds, when i unlock thy turn on again.

Quiet the road noise down !!I wish i had tried a Toyota. Also my 99 Ford 150 had a timer 4 the head lights. it seems backwards for it not to !!!
