Has anyone here ever use this product and is it safe in the long term? I'm not sure if I'm suppose to use it regularily or occassionally any info. would help.

If you ask your dealer, they will tell you NOT to use additives of any type. DO make sure to change your oil when needed though. Lucas, or any other additive is a scam.

I have 2 Dodge Ram PU's both with the Cummins and use this product all the time in my 95 & 03. Now diesel is much different than RUG and with the new ULSD now an additive is especially useful. But to use it in our vans well it can't hurt, especially if ethanol is the only gas you use since it's supposed to be hard on engines and fuel systems.

Keeping the injectors lubed is important but I've never used it in my Honda and it still runs fine. Diesel & gas injectors are different also. So tesla is probably right for use in the Honda engine. I don't remember seeing any warning in the owners manual though about using a fuel additive. Using it sure quiets the diesel down some and smooths out the engine.
