If your in the Chicago area and thinking of buying a Honda vehicle or having your existing Honda serviced, stay away from Community Honda in Orland Illinois. Their service department is a ZOO and completely incompetent.
After a bad service appointment, we e-mailed our salesman our dissatisfaction and when he didn't answer we turned to the owner of Community Honda with an e-mail and never received even one response. We then complained to Honda Corporate, received a complaint number but after months, still no communication, let alone satisfaction. You can imagine, that if a dealership can't even answer a simple e-mail message and ignore the Corporate office, what chances do you have.
Not to despair...we did find a dealer that is not only appreciative of customers but has a fine dealership in amities too. Valley Honda in Aurora, Illinois. We now drive 50 miles out of our way and past numerous other Honda dealers to get to this jewel in the sun.
