As we are planning on buying a yakima rocketbox 16 that likely will prevent hatch from opening all the way. Can we move the bars forward a little bit passed the 'markings' in order to have it not hit the hatch? Of course if anyone already knows whether or not the rocket box will hit the hatch, let us know as well. I think there are lines on top and you line the bar up to the line. I would not go any further than the first line though. fraeliz 05-04-2009, 05:58 PM Not sure i understand completely your reply. There is a line on top of the permanent piece of the rack. The forward crossbar is currenlty on a line, and the rear crossbar currently lined up with that line.
