My wife bought her '96 Honda Civic HB new in '96 and she was impressed with the service. They did not treat her like some dealers treat women (i.e. like airheads that are more interested in the vanity mirrow and car color than the performance/mechanical aspect).

I brought my '90 Honda Civic wagon there for service and parts (rare car so parts were hard to get - usually in Montréal or Japan) during the 4 years I owned it. It was bought brand new from Birchwood by the previous owner.

And now we bought a used '05 Odyssey EX from Birchwood and the experience so far has been pleasant.
