I joined Tom's Element forum back in 2003, and found it to be an active, well-managed and fun place to learn and share about all things Elemental. Unfortunately, when I traded in my Element (sob!) for an Odyssey, I had no "Tom" place to go to, but there was and is a very active Odyssey forum so I have been hanging out there for the past year.
No more?
Maybe.
When I do an improvement, or mod, I'm happy to take pictures and share it with forum members, as I have gotten so much information from them. Unfortunately at *******, photos can only be linked to an external source, and this bugs me to no end. One week a post might have exactly what I need to see, and the next the link is gone, and the original poster may also be gone. Here, I will not have that problem. Yippeee!
Glad to be here. Glad Tom is running it.

Thanks for the feedback. Please help us grow by spreading word to other Honda Odyssey owners so they too can enjoy this site and the benefits of being part of a network of Honda sites.
Glad you're here!

Congratulations T Mac on your new club. I am visiting from the CR-V Owners Club. The CR-V OC has been a great experience for me. I have saved some money, learned a lot about my V, and have taken part in some interesting discussions and debates. The club has been a very positive experience for me. I hope all the members of the Ody Club find the same quality environment and level of participation that we have over at the CR-V OC.
I had originally intended to get an Ody for my next car. Last June when my last car started acting up, I had a decision to make. With gas pushing $3.15 and being empty nesters, did we really need or want an Ody? We decided to downsize to either an Element or CR-V. We chose the CR-V, but if we were still in the market for a mini-van, the Ody would have been the clear winner.
Again Congratulations T Mac and good luck to all the new members of this club.
Signing in as an Ody owner and a former Ridgeline owner. I am also one of Tom's moderators over at the ROC.

Of course, around town its not so good, around 18-19, but I don't miss my Element with regard to mileage!

Absolutely awesome job Tom and Julie! Congrats on the newest addition to your already great family of Honda clubs. I’m certain it too will grow into the traditionally close knit community as the others have.

Not bad at all...but I get 21-23 around town and 27 -29 on the interstates. Plus with the freezing rain we have had in past day, the CR-V has ingratiated itself into my heart.
Another consideration when we bought, the middle of road V was cheaper than a bottom of barrel Ody.
An Ody is a great vehicle, I just don't need that much vehicle any longer. If I did granted, the gas mileage difference would not be that big of a factor.
