I am traveling next week and I was just wondering any protection from bugs getting hit on my bumper or mirrors? Or what’s the best way to clean it?

Try to clean as you go. Bring along your own squeegee and at every station clean the bugs off. This way you are not using the squeegees at the stations that most likely will damage your glass, bumpers and mirrors. A wax job before the trip might not hurt either. You can also buy a clear protective film (ClearBra? I think) to protect the front end.

Which store can I get Clear protective film from?

I personally have not used it. It is not cheap and it is called 3M Clear Bra. There is apparently cheaper film out there on ebay but I would imagine you get what you pay for. Here is a thread on it: http://www.odyclub.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=31352&perpage=15&highlight=cheap+clear+bra&pagenumber=1

I got a full bra for mine for just such occasions. Got the Honda one from the parts dept from the dealer, was expensive but it's a full 2-piece unit and the fit is exceptional. You'll still have to clean off the mirrors and windshield but the bra will keep all the bugs off the front end mostly. My 2 cents.
