I have an o2 Ody LX, Opened the hood no problem, but now the hood will not latch shut. Tried dropping the hood from diff heights, slamming - no luck. Tried to close the latch (with hood open) with a screw driver, but I could not get it to snap shut. Appreciate any advice.

hey john,have u tried pushing the hood release lever back in, sometimes it gets stuck pulled out n wont let the hood close properly. The hood release cable could be stretched out n thats y. Good luck.

That's might have been it. I did try it once. Later I tried again. Of course the wife came home and then the hood close perfectly while she as standing there go figure?
