I have a 2006 Odyssey with the factory 235/65/16 on it. A friend has an 03 Pilot with 235/70/16 snow tires and rims. I'm thinking they would fit, but of course local Honda dealer wants me to buy new from them.
My question is, does anyone see any issues with this?? Will they fit?? I know it will throw my odo off a little.
Thank You

Well as long as it's a friend would he/she let you try them out before buying? Are you sure the bolt pattern is the same from 03 to 06? Here's some tire data to consider in the meantime.
Original tire
Sidewall: 6.01 in
Radius: 14.01 in
Diameter: 28.03 in
Circumf: 88.05 in
Revs/mile: 719.58
New Tire
Sidewall: 6.48 in
Radius: 14.48 in
Diameter: 28.95 in
Circumf: 90.96 in
Revs/mile: 696.59
Speedometer reading with new tire is 3.30% too slow.
When your speedometer is reading 60mph you are actually traveling 61.92mph.

We are thinking about getting a 2004 Odyssey or Pilot. Do any of you have one of these cars/vans and if you do, do you love it.
Is the Pilot big enough for a family of 4 and a big dog?
Thanks :)
