Sticking Accelerator

We have all seen the attention that Toyota has received about problems with stcking accelerator pedals and run away acceleration on some of their cars. All of these cars have drive-by-wire (computer controlled) throttle systems. Based on news accounts it appears that the computer software is not programmed so that activation of the brake cancels or overrides the throttle.

I have not seen any response from Honda addressing whether Honda vehicles, especially the Odyssey, are programmed so that activation of the brake overrides or cancels the throttle. If anyone else has seen information on this issue, please post a link.
